BLACK CHALK WINE
Wild Rosé 2022
Sparkling Rosé
A delicate wild-rose pink, this sparkling rosé is classy and complex. Wild Rose walks the fine line between freshness and bright fruit. The palate, bursting with heady red fruits is balanced with beautiful texture. No malolatic fermentation, leads to a deliciously mouthwatering finish. Wild Rose is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and post disgorgement is held for 6 months on cork before being released. A sophisticated wine calls for a sophisticated pairing, try Wild Rose with Sashimi and Maki with salty soy dip and plenty of ginger.

EXTON PARK
Reserve Blend Demi Sec
Sparkling
Bottle aged in our cellars for at least 4 years, this soft and refined blend offers a lychee, mango and orange blossom aroma with a pear and honey finish. Made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this is a completely new style from Exton Park to broaden pairing possibilities and drinking occasions.

THE GRANGE
Chardonnay 2023
Still White
Electric pale yellow in colour, the nose is an intense blend of ripe citrus peel, gunflint and toasty oak. These flavours carry through on the palate, which is rich, round and creamy thanks to a full solids alcoholic fermentation and 100 % malolactic fermentation approach. The quality of the fruit continues to shine long after the first sip as the flavours go on and on. Serve with a range of dishes, but roast chicken or pork on a Sunday afternoon dinner table are where this wine belongs. Although this is our first attempt at a still chardonnay, we expect it to drink well for at least the next 5 years as it becomes more nutty and honied.

HAMBLEDON VINEYARD
Première Rosé
Sparkling Rosé
The colour is a delicate strawberry pink, with just a suggestion of bronze and onion skin. The bouquet springs from the glass, immediate and assertive, rich with sweet summer raspberry fruit and subtle autumnal blackberry. The blend's high proportion of Pinot Meunier also gives the wine a heady note and flavour, slightly savoury and suggestive of miso. It is this character that drives the wine in its vinous direction, being as suitable for the table as it is as an apéritif. The palate is finely knit and multi- layered after its extended ageing in bottle, and remains vivacious and intense, ripe and seductive yet with a beguiling marine undertone.

HATTINGLEY VALLEY
Classic Reserve NV
Sparkling
Pale gold in colour with a fine, persistent mousse. Our Classic Reserve is bursting with vibrant notes of white blossom, orange peel and sweet brioche. On the palate, bright orchard fruit gives way to creamy lemon curd and apple pastries, culminating in a smooth, nutty end. Beautifully balanced with a lingering finish, it’s the ideal choice for bringing a touch of brilliance to any occasion.

LOUIS POMMERY
Blanc de Blancs 2020
Sparkling
Expertly crafted from the inaugural 2020 harvest at Pinglestone Estate vineyard, our first Blanc de Blancs expression weaves together four premium Chardonnay parcels that overlook the beautiful South Downs National Park. The wine pays homage to the historic crystalline waters of the River Itchen and the chalk streams of the Arle, with purity and depth defining the wine's character. Released later this year, Pinglestone's first vintage wine will have spent a minimum of 42 months on the Lees and 12 months post disgorgement.
